Participants will learn how to manage the sustainability reporting process using the Global Reporting Initiative’s third-generation (G3 and G3.1) Sustainability Reporting Framework, supplemental GRI reporting publications and sustainability reports from leading organizations as case studies. Topics include publication project management, stakeholder engagement, materiality assessments, GRI coverage assessments, data collection, goal setting and GRI principles for defining boundary, content and quality.
