Presentation: BrightPhase Energy
Saving 50% Annually on Energy Costs in 60% of Buildings

Commercial buildings create 25% of all green house gas emissions, primarily due to energy use, according to the United Nations. One third of all forecasted energy efficiency savings can be made by reducing large building lighting through technology and daylighting, according the Electric Power Research Institute. Escalating and highly un-stable energy costs have gone from being a small line item to the most scrutinized cost item for building asset owners and leaseholders, says the National Green Building Council.

BrightPhase's patent pending PhotensityTM System is a fusion of concentrating photovoltaics and daylighting technologies in one module, which effectively addresses these global and local problems in a compact and highly energy dense system. Photensity delivers onsite energy generation (electricity and heat) and negawatts (same lighting intensity without electricity cost) by letting natural diffuse light flood building interiors.

Tom Warda, CEO
Tom brings over 25 years experience in executive management, manufacturing and marketing strategy to BrightPhase. He has held executive positions with Whirlpool, Huffy, E-Tech products, Fusion Specialties and Vertex IPS. His background is mainly in new product development and marketing in various industries, both inside corporations and as an entrepreneur. He has raised over $20 million in start-up capital and cut his teeth in the renewable energy business as VP of Sales & Marketing for SolarFrameworks in Denver. He is passionate about selling environmentally responsible products and has been a national lecturer on that subject

Presentation: Also Energy, LLC

Also Energy develops and maintains portfolios of clean mini electricity utilities. These portfolios sell solar electricity to commercial buildings. At competitive rates. The building owner / occupant pays for the electricity generated, not the equipment on their rooftop. It is as easy as turning on a switch.

Our focus is on the local market, Colorado, the fourth sunniest market in the U.S. Our Customers, high credit commercial building owners / occupants, are hesitant to invest in Clean solar electric systems because they do not want to add debt and they do not want to become a utility. We overcome our customer’s barriers by providing an end to end financing and maintenance solution. Customers pay for the electricity the system generates at a base rate with a fixed yearly adjustment.

Also Energy performs 100% of the system maintenance and uses its patent pending, automated monitoring and management software to ensure that the investment is running at peak performance. Customers do not have to become a solar utility to be green.
