Bill Hoagland was a program manager for several technology programs at NREL.  He is internationally recognized for his work in the U.S. DOE Hydrogen Program, and is currently managing the task on Hydrogen Safety for the International Energy Agency.  He has been involved in Hydrogen research and development for over 30 years and earned  a B.S. Degree from the United States Military Academy and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from MIT.
