Graham Russell, Executive Director

A prior board member and president of CORE, Graham Russell has nearly 25 years of CEO experience, mostly in the environmental services industry. In the late 1980s he implemented a successful consolidation in the then-emerging environmental laboratory industry. Recently he has consulted in the recycling and environmental services sectors. Russell has a B.A. from Cambridge University and an M.B.A. from the Cranfield School of Management in the UK.

Natalia Korobova, Director of Marketing & Operations

As a sustainability professional, Natalia Korobova has worked with nonprofits in the Denver area to help them be more sustainable in their operations while reducing operating costs. Prior to joining CORE, Natalia has managed program, development, and marketing initiatives for nonprofits in the USA and Russia. She holds an MPA in Nonprofit Management from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Mary Austin, Director of Business Development

Mary Austin brings over 20 years worth of professional relationships to CORE, from entrepreneurial/small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.  Mary is responsible for procuring corporate sponsorships for CORE’s educational activities, programs and events, as well as membership recruitment and retention.  Mary previously worked at the Boulder County Business Report and the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, where she was responsible for creating and procuring corporate sponsorship programs and client development.
